Washington Home Inspection and Sewer Scope Services

At Fletcher Property Inspections Transparency, clarity, and providing you with as much information as possible are our top priorities. All our Home Inspection reports come with an interior thermal imaging video of the house. Thermal imaging technology helps us identify hidden deficiencies that might otherwise remain invisible.

During the inspection, we typically cover the following areas:

- Mold inspection (lab tests are available for additional information and costs)

- Negative air pressure insulation and thermal imaging

- Attic and crawlspace inspection

- Roof inspection

- Exterior inspection

- Structure inspection

- Electrical inspection

- Heating, cooling, insulation, and ventilation inspection

- Plumbing inspection

- Interior inspection (including typical use appliances)

- Outbuilding structures inspection

- Side sewer scope video to the city main (optional, $200 additional service)

- Depending on the home, there may be more or less items inspected. Cosmetic items are also noted in the report.

Our Home Inspection reports are detailed, comprehensive, and interactive. They include pictures and descriptions that identify deficiencies, recommended actions, and the recommended timeframe for addressing them. Pictures of confined spaces (attics and crawlspaces) are included for reference. Each report includes links to more detailed information and graphics to enhance your understanding of the subject matter. Additionally, each report provides ballpark costs for remodeling, upgrading, and rehab projects that may arise.
