I cannot emphasize this enough. Chad was very responsive to initial discovery call, answered questions promptly and fully. He arrived early and was on-time to conduct 3+ hour home inspection and was a pleasure to work with. Onsite, Chad took extensive notes, pictures, and left no stone unturned. We received a detailed, color-coded report with descriptions and photos, some with diagrams, completed accurate inspection report within hours of leaving. Chad followed up the report with discussion and put everything in clear terms, explained the definitions and prioritizes the level of importance and urgency in repairs or fixes that are necessary. The report is not only for purchasing of a house, but for the maintenance afterward. We are now using his report to help guide and prioritize the repairs and renovations. I have called Chad multiple times to ask for advice and each time he was very patient with my questions and gave good explanations. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED-excellent experience.

He had all the latest tools and gadgets, was incredibly responsive to our many questions, and took the extra time to take measurements of potential problem areas.
